Nickelodeon launches 'Nicksplat' featuring '90s shows
Nickelodeon was the go-to network for kids growing up in the '90s. Cartoons like Rocko's Modern Life and Doug. Shows like All That and Clarissa explains it all. Who could forget Guts and Double Dare? It was a great time to be a kid and Nickelodeon had us all glued to the TV. It wasn't too long ago that I said, "If I could watch all those shows again, I would definitely do it". Well, it seems my wish has come true.
Nickelodeon has launched a new service called Nicksplat on VRV that has all of these favorites and more available to watch now. This is exciting news for people like me who reminisce about the good old days of '90s television.
Now we can go back in time and pick our favorite teams from Legends of the Hidden Temple. Purple Parrots or Blue Barracudas? We can help solve the Mystery Files of Shelby Woo. We get to turn out the lights while we watch Are you afraid of the dark?. I could go on and on about these shows and more as my mind right now is racing through all the memories of my childhood.
I am super excited for Nicksplat and might just be spending a lot of time re-watching everything the service has. Here is a complete list so far of whats available:
- AAAHH!!! Real Monsters
- All That
- Are You Afraid of the Dark?
- Catdog
- Chalkzone
- Clarissa Explains It All
- Double Dare 2000
