Time Traveler's Wife series is a go!
HBO has green-lit a series adaptation of Audrey Niffenegger's novel The Time-Traveler's Wife, to be written by Sherlock co-creator Steven Moffat.
The series was picked up after a multiple-outlet bidding war, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Though Steven Moffat will write the script, a premiere date and episode count haven't been determined. Neither has a cast list.
The drama, a love story with the complication of time travel, was formerly adapted in 2009, with Eric Bana as Henry and Rachel McAdams as Clare, according to Variety.
Moffat will executive produce along with Sue Vertue and Brian Minchin. Warner Bros. and Hartswood Films will share production, as the latter is the production company run by Moffat and his wife, Vertue.
