R&B singer, Brandy Norwood, was confirmed to have been involved in a fatal car crash last December 2006, and photos have been the search on the Internet.
Brandy publicly expresses her condolences to the family of the mother who died in the accident. The incident took the life of 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj, the driver of the Toyota that was hit by the singer's Range Rover.
Brandy settled with Aboudihaj's two children, who will receive $300,000 each, according to court documents filed in L.A. County’s Superior Court, World Buzz reports.
However, Awatef’s husband refused Brandy's $1.2 million settlement offer in February. TMZ stated that the terms of the settlement were kept as a secret. There are other multiple lawsuits that were filed against Norwood.
A $50 million wrongful death lawsuit was filed by the parents of Aboudihaj. Two other people that were involved in the accident, Mallory Ham and Donald Lite, have also filed a lawsuit aganist Brandy.
Norwood's Range Rover struck another vehicle on L.A.'s 405 Freeway and caused the four-car pileup in December 2006.
