Kate Middleton and Prince William are planning on spending Christmas with Middleton's parents in Bucklebury, England.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will spend Christmas Day privately with the Middleton family," a spokesperson for St. James's Palace told Us Weekly.

Middleton's sister, Pippa, and her brother, James, as well as many of their relatives will be in attendance.

But their Christmas plans will depend on how Middleton feels. An aide revealed, "If Catherine doesn't go, William probably won't either."

Middleton has been dealing with severe morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum, since announcing her pregnancy but has recently attended lunch with the Queen and the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards, reports E! News.

And although the couple will be missing Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II, they still plan on visiting the Queen's Norfolk retreat, Sandringham Estate, "at some point" during the holidays.

The Queen reportedly invited the Duchess' parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, to be the first-ever non-royals to attend her traditional Christmas gathering in order to have Prince William and Middleton take part in the celebration "despite this difficult time."
