Talk show host Wendy Williams may say she's a fan but during her show on Thursday she had no fear laying what she thinks of Beyonce out on the table.

"I am a Beyonce fan. I’m gonna watch her upcoming documentary because fortunately one of the TVs in our kitchen has closed captioning so I’ll be able to understand what she says. You know Beyonce can’t talk. She sounds like she has a fifth grade education," Williams said regarding the singer's self-directed HBO documentary about her life, reports The Huffington Post.

Williams's audience didn't let her comment go unnoticed as they took to booing her which caused the host to defend herself.

"Excuse me, I just said I was a fan. But we have to call a spade a spade," she said.

According to Aceshowbiz, Beyonce's documentary is scheduled to air on February 16, 2013 and contains concert footage along with some personal interviews.

"Everybody knows Beyonce's music, but few know Beyonce the person. Along with electrifying footage of Beyonce onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman," HBO president of programming, Michael Lombardo, said in a statement.
