The Office finale might mean the end of Jim Halpert, but it doesn’t mean that its’ the end of seeing John Krasinski on the small screen. The actor landed a role on the Arrested Development revival.

Entertainment Weekly, which has had a monopoly on Arrested Development news for the past few weeks, reports that Krasinski has a small role, but wasn’t able to give any more information on the part.

The producers behind Arrested Development, including creator Mitch Hurwitz, have to be applauded for keeping so much of the show’s new season a surprise for viewers. News of Krasinski's casting comes just weeks before the show’s premiere on Netflix on May 26.

The new season of Arrested Development will include 15 episodes and the return of many familiar faces, including Liza Minnelli, Henry Winkler and Ben Stiller. Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Conan O’Brien, Andy Richter, Isla Fisher, John Slattery, Ryan Howard and the Workaholics stars are also appearing in the episodes. EW has featured the show on its covers and released an outtake last week.
