Despite claims that Miranda Kerr would no longer be a Victoria's Secret Angel, it has been revealed she is remaining an Angel and will walk in this year's fashion show as well.
Rumors about Kerr and Victoria's Secret parting ways began Wednesday when Us Weekly reported sources saying that Kerr's $1 million, three-year contract "was not renewed" and that she "has a difficult reputation."
They also went on to say that Kerr is apparently "not a big seller for VS" compared to the other Angels like Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio.
But according to E! News, Ed Razek, who is Victoria's Secret's chief marketing officer, revealed that Victoria's Secret has "no plans to stop working with her."
Razek went on to say that Kerr, who is also married to Orlando Bloom and has a two-year-old son with the actor, is one of the most popular models and one of the best in the history of the business.
"She is also a consummate professional. Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue," he said.
"While her international commitments have kept her away from us more than we'd like over the past few years, she will always be an Angel to me. We have no plans to stop working with her. In fact, I've already invited her to walk the runway in this year's fashion show and, happily, she's agreed," Razek continued.
