Amanda Bynes might be exhibiting some strange behavior on Twitter, dissing everyone from Rihanna to model Chrissy Teigen and rocker Courtney Love, but her DUI lawyer is coming to her defense.

Richard Hutton says he has “no problems” with the Easy A actress, and calls media reports “exaggerated.”

"I think [reports] are way exaggerated," he told People. "I think Amanda's fine. I have no problems with her whatsoever. She's a fine client."

Hutton attended a hearing on Bynes’ behalf on Wednesday in Beverly Hills regarding her impending DUI case from April 2012.

"Every time I've talked to her, I've had nice, attorney-client normal relations with her,” he continued.

Although Hutton doesn’t represent Bynes in her New York case stemming from her May 23 arrest, he said it was "blown out of proportion."

Bynes is accused of smoking marijuana then throwing a bong out of her NYC apartment window. Hutton says, however, it “doesn't seem like much of a case.”

He added, “Even if you believe everything you hear, it's something that amounts to virtually nothing. And it's my understanding there's not much evidence to back that case up. There's no physical evidence to back it up. I understand there's no marijuana, no pipe."
