The Beatles’ music may be over 40 years old, but audiences still love to see their songs performed live, whether it is by surviving members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr or by cover bands. A new show, titled Let It Be, that has won over British audiences in the West End is coming to Broadway.

The New York Times reports that the show premiered in London at the Prince of Wales Theater last fall and has transferred to the Savoy Theater.

The show’s producers use “state-of-the-art projection technology and 3-D sound” to put the audience in the middle of some of the Beatles’ most historic moments, from Beatlemania to their start at the Cavern Club. Songs performed in the show include the title song, “Twist and Shout,” “Hey Jude,” “Yesterday,” “Come Together” and many of their other familiar tunes.

According to Rolling Stone, the show’s Broadway tenure is expected to run from July 24 to December 29 at the St. James Theatre. Previews will start at July 16.

Broadway has hosted Beatles-themed shows in the past, including the 2010-2011 show Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles on Broadway. Back in the 1970s, there was Beatlemania. And in Las Vegas, audiences can check out the Cirque du Soleil show Love.
