Skinnygirl mogul Bethenny Frankel’s talk show has been given a start-up date after undergoing a successful six-week trial run last summer.
The former Bethenny Ever After and Real Housewives of New York star will appear on small screens starting Sept. 9, with Ellen DeGeneres executive producing it.
USA Today reports the show has been given the green-light to appear on 98 percent of the country’s small screens. This is an improvement from the trial run, which was only shown in a few states.
“All the content will be driven by me and people that I know," she says. "Everybody is a show topic,” she explained of the show, OK! Magazine reports.
She added, “I just have found as you get older, women insulate a little more because they’re just so busy and have so much going on. They don’t really get the chance to really sit down and talk about their marriages, their money problems, their sex problems, infidelity issues. That’s what my talk show is about.”
The show, which is described as "a public girls' night out,” will be taped in New York City.
