Beyonce is apologizing for cancelling the first show of her career. She postponed a stop on her Mrs. Carter Show tour in Antwerp, Belgium due to “exhaustion and dehydration,” which caused many to speculate that she’s pregnant again.
But she posted a handwritten letter on her website, saying having to postpone the appearance was “very hard for me.”
“To my dearest fans in Antwerp," she wrote, "I've never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me. I promise I will make it up very soon. I'm sorry if I disappointed you. Thank you for your concern. I'm feeling much better now and I'm ready to give you a great show."
MTV News notes her spokesperson said on Monday that it wasn’t clear whether or not Beyonce would be well enough to do her second show in Antwerp, but Beyonce confirmed she will be able to. She ended the letter with “See you tonight. All my love, Beyonce.”
Her rep, however, didn’t confirm or deny the latest round of pregnancy rumors, which surfaced just a day before Beyonce had to postpone the concert.
Many think her choice of gown for the Met Gala is an indicator that she’s expecting her second child with husband Jay-Z, but only time will tell.
