CMT Music Awards have announced more performers for the event on June 5 at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
According to CMT Ashley Monroe, The Voice winner Cassadee Pope, Dustin Lynch, American Idol runner-up Kree Harrison, Love and Theft, and Randy Houser will perform on the Nationwide Insurance state at the 2013 CMT Music Awards.
Performers already announced include, Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Florida Georgia Line, George Strait, Hunter Hayes, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Pistol Annies, and Taylor Swift.
Kristen Bell is hosting the event for a second year and is partnered with Jason Aldean. Presenters have not been announced.
This is the sixth year the Nationwide Insurance stage is featured during the show. Nationwide will award the Nationwide Insurance On Your Side Award to country music’s best new live act decided by the fans according to The Futon Critic.
This is the fourth year the CMT Music Awards will broadcast on the Armed Forces Network to the deployed mean and women in the military globally.
Before the main event, stars in country, rock and pop culture entertainment will dress in their designer best at the CMT Music Awards Red Carpet that will be hosted by CMT’s Cody Alan, Katie Cook, and Allison DeMarcus.
