This week's episode of Criminal Minds starts with an exhausted Reid bringing a new case to the team. There are two victims with similar murders, but Reid is the only who has made the connection since one of the bodies was dumped near an Indian Reservation.

The team begins to look into the new case, which involves two men who were drugged with solanine poison, tortured and murdered. After careful thought the agents believe the UnSub (unknown subject) is a woman.

This woman is using the men as substitutes to help her get pregnant. The agents believe she has recently lost a child. Once she sleeps with them she kills them out of revenge for the death of her child. Since the a woman is the main UnSub, the team believes there is a partner.

Penelope discovers a connection with the Indian Reservation. There was Rodger Whitcomb, an outsider studying to become a shaman. Whitcomb was kicked off the reservation for harming a man with solanine solution. Penelope also finds a grieving mother named Tess. Tess is married to Whitcomb and Whitcomb took advantage of her grief to caring out his homicidal cravings.

As the agents come upon the UnSubs location, Tess escapes and commits suicide in the lake where her son died.

During the episode it is revealed that Reid has not been sleeping. Rossi sits down and talks to Reid about his grief over Maeve. Reid tells Rossi that he continually has dreams about her, but every time she asks him to dance. He is scared to dance with her because he does not want to lose his connection with his dead girlfriend. Rossi tells Reid that if he wants peace he needs to give up control and let the grieving process happen.

The episode ends with Reid dining with Maeve during a dream. Next week, a new episode will air. In this episode nannies and the children they take care of are being kidnapped by a new UnSub.
