According to The Blaze SAP AG, a large German technologic firm, announced on Tuesday that they plan to recruit people with autism. They hope to utilize the talents of people with condition to process information. There is the additional motivation of providing employment to those who sometimes cannot find a way to make a living.
The Guardian reports that SAP AG will also hire mediators to better enable to the people with autism to function in the work place. The site explains that the condition often affects people's ability to interact socially.
According to ABC News, the business expects to become increasingly competitive with the addition of people with autism to their work force. SAG AP hopes to access a large resource of talent that is currently largely ignored.
