Molly Sims turns 40 today!
Born in Murray, Kentucky, Molly Sims began her career as a model after high school - she dropped out of college for it.
Sims is signed to NYC's Next Models Management, and appeared in Sports Illustrated in Swimsuit Issue ever since 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2006. In the 2006 issue, Sims was remembered for wearing Susan Rosen's $30 million diamond-covered bikini.
Other than Sports Illustrated, she was also once a model for CoverGirl, and appeared in some TV series and movies.
Sims was once featured in MTV's House of Style, a show that focused on supermodel's lifestyle, TV shows Las Vegas, Yes Man, The Benchwarmers, The Pink Panther 2, and Fired Up.
Sims also appeared in music videos, for instance, Moby's 2002 "We are All Made of Stars," and The Lonely Island's 2008 "Jizz in My Pants."
Other than modeling and acting, she designed jewelries, and launched her own label, Grayce by Molly Sims. The line is available in department stores.
She is the Global Ambassador for Population Services International's Five and Alive program, that focuses on health crises among children under the age of five and their families.
