The amfAR Cinema Against AIDS charity dinner was held in Cannes on Thursday night, and many stars were in attendance, including Zachary Quinto, Adrian Brody, Jessica Chastain, and Nicole Kidman. Leo DiCaprio was also there with a surprise up his well-dressed sleeve.

The Virgin Galactic offers commercial trips into space to the 'Titanic' star. It was offered by Harvey Weinstein, and the winning bid was $1.5 million.
Upon announcing the winner, the special guest was revealed to be the great Gatsby himself, Leonardo DiCaprio, who was present for the auction announcement.
Other prizes up for auction included a private performance by Duran Duran, and a family photo shoot courtesy of Annie Leibovitz.
Since 1985, amfAR has conducted research aimed at eliminating the AIDS epidemic. The Hollywood Reporter states that this years amfAR Cinema Against AIDS charity dinner managed to raise $25 million to help those suffering from AIDS.
