Jennifer Aniston and her fiance, Justin Theroux, are moving into their newly renovated $21 million Bel Air estate this weekend.
According to the Huffington Post, Aniston and Theroux purchased the 8,500-square-foot home over a year ago and have been overseeing a major renovation since then. The 3.5-acre property's amenities include a separate guest house, a swimmers' pool, a vineyard, a wine cellar and a projection room. Amongst their neighbors are celebrities Nicolas Cage and Hugh Hefner.
Aniston had previously purchased two apartments in New York for $7.01 million and had been planning on combining them by connecting the penthouse through to the apartment below, the Daily Mail reported. After circumstances changed, she sold them for $6.5 million and decided to stay in the Los Angeles area. Aniston sold her other Los Angeles home for $36 million. She said, "We tried New York. It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew."
Aniston, 44, and Theroux, 41, got engaged last August when Theroux proposed during his 41st birthday dinner at a restaurant. They dated for about a year before getting engaged and have not released details about when and where their wedding will take place. During the construction, they've been renting a small house in Hollywood Hills.
Aniston's next film, The Millers, in which she stars alongside Jason Sudeikis, Ed Helms, and Emma Roberts, is due out on August 9th. The film is a dark comedy in which Aniston plays a stripper who poses as Sudeikis' wife.
