Partying with Justin Bieber may just be the greatest time you've ever had, but if you talk about it, it will cost you.

TMZ has obtained a copy of waiver the 19-year-old pop star has guests sign if they want to enter his home. The waiver states that anyone releasing information about his parties via word of mouth or posting videos, photos or comments on social media will face a $5 million lawsuit.

According to the waiver, the activities inside of Bieber's seven bedroom mansion may be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained." The risks of the “Beauty & the Beat” singers party include “minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."

It isn't surprising that the singer has opted to have party-goers sign the waiver. Recently Bieber has been looked at in a less than stellar light by the media after arriving late to shows, yelling at paparazzi, abondoning his monkey in Germany and let's not forget the photographs of him smoking pot, which surfaced in January.

TMZ notes that Bieber is not the only celeb to ask that visitors sign a waiver before entering his home.
