Lindsay Lohan is set to enter rehab on May 2, but the Mean Girls actress is lacking one thing: Signing up to enter an actual facility.
According to E! News, Lohan has still not agreed to a facility where she is set to serve 90-days in treatment sentence. Lohan has until Thursday to make her decision.
A source tells E! that if the troubled actress fails to find a facility which would be approved by the courts, she would be “required to show up to court on Thursday with her lawyer Mark Heller in LA. If Lohan does not comply with the judge's order that would be a violation of probation that could land her in jail."
Additionally, a source reveals that reports that Lohan will document her rehab stay are false.
Another insider notes, "She will not be blogging from rehab but she does plan to have her own space on the web where she can talk about her passions. She wants a place to discuss her love of fashion, music, art and her unique sense of style. She wants to be able to connect to her fans directly."
Currently, the 26-year-old actress does have her own personal website, but it will not be used to make light of her stay in rehab.
As we previously reported, Lohan confessed to late night host David Letterman that her rehab stay is a “blessing, not a curse.”
