David Bowie has released another video for a track from The Next Day, his first album in ten years. Like the video for “The Stars (Are Out Tonight),” this one for the album’s title track features a-list talent.

The video for “The Next Day” features Gary Oldman as a priest and Oscar winner Marion Cotillard as a showgirl. It is filled with religious imagery, as the priest and showgirl dance while Bowie sings the song. As Entertainment Weekly notes, resurrection and death are the video’s major themes.

According to The Huffington Post, Floria Sigismundi, who directed The Runaways and Bowie’s previous video, directed “The Next Day.”

Bowie surprised the music community back in January by resurfacing with the first video for The Next Day, “Where Are We Now?” Apparently, even his record label was surprised by the news, which broke on his 66th birthday.

In February, Tilda Swinton appeared in the video for “The Stars (ARe Out Tonight).”

Here’s “The Next Day” video, which is a bit NSFW because of all the blood.
