Country singer Miranda Lambert and husband Blake Shelton are doing their part to aid Oklahoma tornado victims, and their beloved pets.

Lambert has teamed up with MuttNation to dispatch mobile vets and pet rescue units throughout ground zero. Lambert has already shown support through a duet with husband Shelton on the reality television show The Voice to help raise money and awareness for the tragedy.

The singer, who lives in Oklahoma, took to Twitter to share her relief at gratitude to being able to aid those affected by the natural disaster.

“'I'm so proud that MuttNation can help even a little,'' the singer wrote, according to Contact Music of her efforst with the organization to set up shelters for injured, unclaimed, and homeless pets.

Meanwhile, The Voice judge Shelton has arranged a benefit concert for victims of the tornado. The show, “Healing in the Heartland,” will air live on NBC Wednesday May 29 and include performances from artists such as Vince Gill, Reba McEntire, and Lambert. The concert will raise money for the United Way of Central Oklahoma May Tornadoes Relief Fund.

"Everyone has their way to help, and mine as an entertainer is to perform to help raise money and awareness for this tragedy," said Shelton, “This is why I want to do this special and especially hold it in Oklahoma City, which is near ground zero."

The concert will also air on CMT, Style, G4, Bravo, and E!.
