While few photographs of the Beatles remain unseen, drummer Ringo Starr has apparently held back enough photos from the public to release his own book of previously unseen images of the Fab Four. Starr is releasing an e-book titled Photograph, a reference to his 1973 hit.

People reports that the book will include 100 photographs that fans have never seen before. They will give a new look at their first U.S. tour in 1964, their famous trip to meet the Maharishi in India in 1968 and the last days they were together as a band.

According to The Associated Press, the book will be released on June 12, the same day an exhibition titled Ringo: Peace & Love opens at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. The exhibition will focus on every aspect of Starr’s career, including his solo days and his tours with the All-Starr Band. Artifacts on display include his Sgt. Pepper outfit, his HELP! cape and drum kits from key moments in the Beatles’ career.

Genesis Publications promised that Photograph will “portray four lads from Liverpool, trying to live normal lives amidst the frenzy that surrounded them.”

Starr also spoke with People, telling the magazine that the photos were only recently discovered “in boxes we brought home after my mother died. We thought, 'I wonder what she's got!'”

Starr is heading out on tour this fall, performing in Latin America with his All-Starr band.

A limited edition of the book signed by Starr will be out in December.
