Another Justin Bieber fan is coming forward to claim the “Baby” singer fathered her child. An anonymous 25 year old fan claims he got her pregnant in 2010.
The woman claims she met Bieber in Miami, Florida at a T.G.I. Fridays when he was just 16, and they had a one night stand.
Fox News notes a source told Star Magazine that the baby looks like the singer.
"She just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight,” said the source. "In my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age."
Even though Bieber was underage during the alleged sexual encounter, the state of Florida doesn’t consider it to be statutory rape, as long as she wasn’t over the age of 24. The state has a law that exempts two people who are close in age from being considered rape.
This is the second fan that has tried to prove Bieber fathered their child. In November of 2011, Mariah Yeater tried to get $260,000 in child support from Bieber. However, when he offered to take a paternity test she dropped the lawsuit.
He told the Today Show he has “never met the woman” and he later wrote a song about the paternity scandal.
