Aaron Carter posted alarming photos depicting injuries he sustained after being attacked in Boston by fans of boy band New Kids on the Block.

Gawker reports that Carter, the younger brother of Backstreet Boy member Nick Carter, confirmed the altercation via Twitter , saying, “It’s true, I got my ass jumped last night. But I am a soldier… Errrr.”

The 25-year-old singer was in Boston performing on his “The After Party” tour when he allegedly four male New Kids on the Block fans allegedly confronted him. They were angry that Carter was singing in Boston, reportedly shouting, "I heard you’re doing a show here tomorrow. This is the town of the New Kids.”

Carter boasts that he won the fight, The Daily Mail reports, assuring his Twitter followers, “I'm a 6th degree black belt in Muay Thai.. They lost.”

"I think my knuckles might be broken, but that's what they get,” Carter elaborated to TMZ . “People think I'm a pretty little white boy but no way. I think I won. I'm still standing."

Though it would seem obvious that a police report would be in order, Carter says he will not file one because doing so would make him appear “girlie.”

After all, he does not harbor any negative feelings about the city since the incident, tweeting, “Still loving BEANTOWN!! #BostonStrong.”
