Chris Brown has fond himself in hot water once again, having been accused of assaulting a woman in a nightclub.

TMZ reports that club goer Deanna Gines is saying the rapper shoved her to the ground in the VIP section of an Orange County nightclub, where Brown had just performed. Gines claims the injuries to her knees are so serious that they may require surgery.

Gines has filed a police report against Brown, claiming assault inside the club. The 24-year-old also posted a photo of herself wearing a knee brace to a social media account.

According to USA Today Brown tweeted at TMZ, “stop with the false stories. I don't usually comment but I didn't do anything." He has since deleted the comment, replacing it with two tweets about being positive.

Brown’s rep, Nicole Perna, released a statement saying, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense."

Brown has been entangled in domestic violence and felony assault charges in the past. In 2009, the rapper infamously pled guilty to felony assault of then-girlfriend and singer Rihanna. Brown was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service.
