Cyndi Lauper’s Tony Award-winning “Kinky Boots” is hitting the road for a tour that will kick off in Las Vegas in September 2014.

The tour will start at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts and no other cities were released the Kansas City Star reports. Producer Daryl Roth said in a statement the tour will go “from coast to coast.”

The musical won six trophies at the 2013 Tony Awards including best musical and was nominated for 13. “Kinky Boots” is based on a real-life British struggling shoe factory until it finds success in drag footwear. The musical has songs by Lauper and story by Harvey Fierstein. Lead producers on the Broadway stage are Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig.

“Kinky Boots” best week received its best week at the Al Hirschfeld Theater grossing more than $1.4 Million during its seven day run ending June 9. Further details regarding the tour are expected to come according to The Hollywood Reporter.
