Demi Lovato announced her new single is “Made in the USA."

The song is produced by Jason Evigan and will hit the radio on June 27 MTV reports. No specific date on when the music video will be released has been announced. Lovato is co-directing the music video and told MTV is was a “dream com true.”

“I always wanted to do it when I was younger, then I just had the opportunity this time and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I have to take advantage of this,’” she said.

The video also includes “some special surprise actors.”

The single is the second single from her fourth studio album Demi and will follow-up to “Hear Attack,” which took a dip on the Hot 100 chart last week from number 20 to 26 Billboard reports.

Lovato is also dealing with some sad news. After battling cancer for years, her biological father, Patrick Lovato, died over the weekend. Lovato was not at X Factor auditions over the weekend.

On Sunday she tweeted, “I feel so humbled to have had so much support from my fans, friends, family and complete strangers.. God bless you all, than you so much.”

Lovato will appear and perform on Good Morning America on June 27 as par of their Summer Concert series. She is also scheduled to play the annual Philly 4 of July Jam with John Mayer, the Roots, Jill Scott and more.
