Hanson isn’t done celebrating their 21 years as a band. Monday night the trio played the Irving Plaza in New York to mark the milestone the brothers have made.

The brothers now, Zac, 27, Taylor, 30, and Isaac, 32 released their sixth studio album Anthem today, June 18. They are also set to play the O Music Awards on Wednesday.

During the show Hanson played a set of six songs to celebrate the six albums they have put out MTV reports. They started with “Thinking of You” off their 1997 LP Middle of Nowhere and ended with “Fired up” off of Anthem.

“[Anthem] really garbs a slice of each influence of our band. You really do hear some true rock and roll. You hear a lot of soul music, which we have always talked about,” Taylor told MTV. “Anybody that’s followed Hanson knows that ‘50s and ‘60s music is the catalyst, and you hear that in the first single, ‘Get the Girl Back.’”

The brothers played a 90-minute set. Their fans, also know as “Fansons” got to hear their hits “Where’s the Love,” “Lucy,” “Penny and Me,” “If Only” and of course they played the song that began their career, “MMMbop.”

As previously reported the band has also created a beer called “Mmmhops” after their hit and to celebrate their 21 anniversary. Proceeds from the beer with go to the Red Cross’ Oklahoma tornado relief fun.

Hanson is continuing their world tour in Calif., on June 22. More information about the tour can be found on the band’s website.
