After days of speculation, Warner Bros. has confirmed that Jeff Robinov, Warner Bros. Pictures Group President, is out of the studio. Robinov will be replaced by a new management structure named by CEO Kevin Tsujihara.

Last week, there was a wave of speculation that Robinov had been missing from the Warner Bros. lot and that the studio had not offered to extend his contract. Instead, he was negotiating an exit, even as the studio’s Man of Steel crossed $200 million at the box office in under two weeks.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Robinov’s exit is now official. But instead of a single executive to lead the largest studio in Hollywood, Tsujihara has picked a trio of executives that will work within a new management structure.

Sue Kroll, Greg Silverman and Toby Emmerich have all been promoted to lead the movie division. Kroll is currently the president of worldwide marketing for the division and will now also lead international distribution. Silverman is now the president of creative development and worldwide production at the production division. Emmerich will still lead New Line Cinema, but he now also has Warner Bros. Theater Ventures on his table.

According to Variety, Dan Fellman has kept his job as president of domestic distribution and Veronika Kwan Vandenberg will be under Kroll as president of international distribution and worldwide distribution. She’ll also take Fellman’s role when he retires as planned.

Warner Bros. is in a state of flux, with the possibility that Legendary Pictures, a co-financier on Man of Steel, Dark Knight and other hits, won’t be renewing its contract with the studio. Variety is already reporting that Legendary is now only talking with Universal, Fox and Sony.
