Jessica Simpson has given birth to a baby boy named Ace Knute Johnson.
Simpson and Fiancé Eric Johnson welcomed their second child Sunday June 30 by a scheduled C-section. "Ace Knute (pronounced Ka-nute) Johnson has arrived! Mom and baby are doing great," Simpson’s rep told USweekly. "Jessica, Eric and Maxwell are thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family."
This is baby number 2 for the couple, who are parents to daughter Maxwell, 14 months.
Simpson accidently confirmed that she would be having a baby boy while appearing onJimmy Kimmel Live in March according to E!news. "The crazy thing is I never knew a wiener could make me nauseous," she said of her morning sickness. "Well, I guess I just told the world that I'm having a boy!"
Johnson and Simpson got engaged in fall 2010 after six months of dating but were forced to postpone their nuptials twice after two unexpected pregnancies. The couple has said they plan to marry a few months after they welcome their second child.
