The fourth episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered June 23. This episode consisted of Bruce's hearing loss. Also Scott pranks Kris Jenner and he shows his softer side when he meets one of his fans, who happens to be terminally ill.
Bruce has an apparent hearing problem that the family constantly acknowledges. Kris tells Bruce to go to the doctor. Bruce defensively says that he has good for a man his age. Later, he decides to go to the doctor. The results of his hearing test tell that he has hearing lost in his right ear. The doctor suggests that Bruce get an MRI because there could be a tumor on the right side of his brain causing the hearing loss. The MRI reveals that Bruce has no tumors. Bruce then chooses to get a hearing aid.
Scott decides to prank call Kris. He discises his voice and pretends to be Kris's nephew named Tod Cranes. Kris brings up the incident and the family laughs it off because they all know it was Scott. Scott continues to prank Kris by sending flowers and champagne in Tod Cranes's name. It is unclear if Kris ever found out that Scott was making the prank calls.
CiCi, Kourtney's second cousin, has cancer. Every time Kourtney talks about CiCi, Scott gets uncomfortable. Scott's followers on Twitter inform him that there is a woman named Josie who wants to meet him as part of her bucket list. Initially, Scott doesn't believe the woman is real. Scott, Kourtney, and Khole go wig shopping for CiCi. All of them are having fun trying on the wigs, but the second Kourtney brings up CiCi, Scott's mood changes and he starts to feel uncomfortable. Days later, Scott is planning to go to Men's Fashion Week in Paris. Kourtney suggests that Scott should stop by Josie's house to surprise her. Scott reveals that he is uncomfortable with the issue of death but he decides to go see Josie. Josie has less than a year to live yet she maintains a vibrant personality, which surprises Scott. Scott gives Josie a Rolex watch from his personal collection. He feels like she deserves a gift because of what she has gone through dealing with her illness. Scott walks away from the experience with a new outlook on life. He learns that he needs to face his issues. He tells Kourtney that he now wants to spend more time with CiCi.
