Lady Gaga has kept things pretty quiet so far in 2013 after her tour-ending hip surgery.

Now she can celebrate because Forbes named her the most powerful musician in the world.

Gaga earned $80 million between June 21 2012 and 2013. She could have earned $30 million more if she finished her Born This Way Ball tour. Social media presence was also a factor. Mother Monster has 38 million Twitter followers and 58 million Facebook fans.

She just topped Oprah’s 77 million but still was ranked higher in their system in overall celebrity Top 100.

Beyoncé was placed at number two, who receives $2 million in every city she plays, plus her deals with Pepsi and H&M. She ranks number four for over all celebrity.

Madonna ranks number three for most powerful musician. Taylor Swift is at number four and Bon Jovi circles off the top five. Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Coldplay, and Katy Perry make the Top 10.

Beyoncé out-ranked her husband Jay-Z who came in at number 32 on the celebrity list. According to Rolling Stone his summer tour with Justin Timberlake and his upcoming album Magna Carta Holy Grail she shoot his ranking up for next year.
