Leonardo DiCaprio is back with Martin Scorsese in a new biopic that looks much lighter than their previous work together, based on the first trailer for the film.

Paramount, which is releasing the film right in the middle of awards season, posted the first trailer on YouTube early this morning. It gives a peak in the decadent world of 1980s Wall Street and the can-do attitude that DiCaprio’s character, Jordan Belfort, lived by.

The project was officially announced in April 2012, just after Scorsese’s 2011 film Hugo walked off with several Oscars for its technical achievements. It’s the fifth time Scorsese and DiCaprio have worked together and first since 2010’s thriller Shutter Island. It is based on Belfort’s 2008 memoir of the same name and chronicles his drug-fueled rise and fall in the financial capital of the world.

Over the past year, Scorsese boosted the film with incredible talent, including Matthew McConaughey, Jonah Hill and even The Artist’s Jean Dujardin. Other members of the cast include Jon Bernthal, Cristin Milioti and Margot Robbie.

The film has been scheduled for release on Nov. 15. Expect Scorsese and DiCaprio to get plenty of awards attention.
