Liam Neeson one of Hollywood's biggest stars celebrates his 61st birthday today. He was born June 7, 1952 in Northern Ireland. Neeson is well know for his roles in Schindler's List, Taken, The Grey and Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. But an interesting fact about Neeson is that he starting training in boxing at nine. He even became an Ulster amateur senior boxing champion.

But more recently Neeson is set to be in nine new movies. While some are in post-production and others in filming, each will surely be great because of Neeson. Khumba is the upcoming animated film Neeson will star in, he plays the villain, Phango. The movie was shown at the Cannes FIlm Festival and is set to be released in October.

He is also starring in Non-Stop, which is in post-production. The film is about Neeson as an air marshal on an international flight from New York to London, and something surely goes wrong. Liam is also starring in A Walk Among The Tombstones, which is based on a Lawrence Block novel. Neeson is a private investigator who becomes hired by a drug dealer to find his wife that was abducted in New York.

Neeson is also starring in Third Person, which is a different film that we are accustom seeing Neeson in. It is a romantic drama about three inter-connected love stories in different cities. Neeson is paired with Olivia Wilde in Rome. Liam is also set to lend his voice to the animated films, The Nut Job and The Lego Movie. He is also going to be in Seth MacFarlane's A Million Ways To Die In The West and cameo in the Anchorman sequel.
