Mumford & Sons rescheduled a number of concerts they canceled when bassist Ted Dwane had brain surgery to remove a blood clot from the surface of his brain.
New dates were posted by the band on their website for shows in Texas, Kansas, and Louisiana.
Dwane’s surgery two weeks ago caused the band to cancel tour dates and their act at Bonnaroo but were replaced my Jack Johnson.
“Firstly, we are pleased to report that our beloved Ted is making a steady recovery from his operation and wearing his newly acquired shaven-headed hairstyle with enviable levels of suave. A huge, huge thank you to all for your messages of support; the man himself is rather overwhelmed. Secondly, on a related note, we can now confirm details of the rescheduled dates for the recently canceled U.S. shows,” the band wrote.
