A California judge has ordered a state-of-mind report to ensure 15-year-old Paris Jackson’s welfare after her recent suicide attempt.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who gave the same order only months ago, has demanded an investigation into the health, education, and general welfare of troubled teenager, according to the NY Daily News.

The investigator was asked to prepare a written report and recommendations for Paris’s future.

“We’re 100% supportive of Judge Beckloff’s actions regarding these matters,” attorney Perry Sanders said.

Currently, “no one is even considering the possibility” of making Paris testify in her father’s wrongful death trial, a source told the NY Daily News.

Sources have also said that the Jacksons’ lawyers are preparing to fight to ensure that Paris is not forced to testify.

Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine has custody of his three children. After she disappeared for several days in the summer of 2012, Michael’s nephew TJ Jackson became the children’s co-guardian.

Paris only recently reconciled with her mother, Debbie Rowe, according to the Daily Mail.

Paris is currently on a 72-hour psychiatric hold after attempting to end her life on Wednesday by cutting herself and overdosing on pills.
