Dick Casablances is back! He’s back to reprise his womanizer role that kick started his acting career, leading to roles on 2 Broke Girls and Burning Love.
To express his gratitude for the fan-funded project, Hansen recorded a video message to thank his fans for their support on the project. According to Screenrant, back in March, the ‘Veronica Mars’ movie raise two million dollars in under 10 hours. Eventually, the project passed $5 million.
In the video message, Hansen said, “Dick Casablances started out as an extra. I said one word, I said, ‘Logan’ and now here we are doing a movie…I can’t express how excited I am to be a part of this.” Soon after, he breaks out into a dance involving back flips and accompaniment by none other than the series’ star, Kristen Bell.
Other cast members are set to be returning as well. Newly added Krysten Ritter announced via her Twitter: “G-G-G-Gia!!!! I’m thrilled to be reprising my role of Gia Goodman in the Veronica Mars mvie!!! It’s gonna be very juicy.”
