Sears and Kmart announced today that they will no longer carry any of Deen’s products.

"After careful consideration of all available information, we have made the decision to phase out all products tied to the brand," a representative for Sears Holdings, the company that owns Sears and Kmart, told FOX411.

Sears has troubles of its own. Several stores closed in the last year.

QVC decided to temporarily part ways with Deen as well. The shopping channel may change its mind at a later time.

Magazine publisher Hoffman Media will continue to publish her magazine "Cooking With Paula Deen."

"To be clear, Hoffman Media does not condone the use of offensive, discriminatory language or behavior. With that said, we feel that Ms. Deen's apology for past indiscretions was heartfelt and genuine. Our partnership will move forward with greater sensitivity and understanding,” Eric Hoffman told local ABC affiliate ABC3340.

Still, the recent news is not all bad. Deen still has three appearances scheduled for Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show.

The “Paula Deen Cruise” will still occur as planned. The cruise has received so many calls that it is scheduling another cruise in 2014.
