The victim of the hit-and-run Chris Brown was charged with, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, is now telling her side of the story about the fender bender from last month.
Although Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, calls the charge “B.S.” because he did provide her with his Virginia driver’s license and insurance card, the victim says it was like pulling teeth getting any information from the “Fine China” singer.
Since Brown doesn’t have a California license, which landed him the charge, his girlfriend Karrueche Tran offered Gure-Kovalenko her license. But when the driver of the car Brown hit pressed him for his info, like license, registration and insurance, Tran said the car belonged to her so Brown didn’t need to hand it over.
TMZ reports it quickly escalated with Brown yelling at Gure-Kovalenko, “Who do you think you are, B---h?" and Tran then yelled, "Don't touch her, don't touch her!"
When Gure-Kovalenko decided they weren’t cooperating and she needed a picture of them on scene of the accident scene in case they left, Brown really lost it.
"The guy [Chris] tried to grab camera or me. I jumped back, the girl [Karrueche] screamed, 'Don't touch her, don't touch her!'"
Brown yelled at the woman, "You are a b----! Who do you think you are, b----? Do you think if you driving Mercedes so got money, b----?" and asked her "Do you think I am just a black n***er?"
Gure-Kovalenko also wrote in the written statement to the cops that he "bragged about how much money he has and offered up false registration."
Brown tweeted of the hit and run charges, "It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous." He was charged for giving the wrong information to the driver.
