The Westboro Baptist Church has announced their protest against deathcore band, Attila, in Bonner Springs, KS on July 23 at their show at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater.

The Topeka, KS-based Westboro Baptist church is known for their extreme ideologies and for protesting everything and everyone that they feel is ungodly. They became well known during their recent protests against gay marriage.

“Due to special invitation from @FRONZ1LLA, Westboro Baptist Church to picket deathcore band @ATTILLAga in Bonner Springs, KS @CWAKC on 7/23,” saidthe Westboro Baptist twitter.

Among this tweet featured other comments from the group calling the band members girls, perverts and narcissists. They even created anti-Attila posters to be found on their twitter page, @WBCsays.

The protest was in response to the track “Callout” on Attila’s new album “About That Life,” released June 25. The track basically asked Westboro Baptist to protest the band in the last ‘callout’ of the track.

“YESSSSS, WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH IS REALLY COMING TO A SHOW TO PROTEST MY D**K!” said vocalist Chris “Fronz” Fronzak in response to the church.

Attila is extremely excited about the protest, and so are fans. The above tweet from Fronz received 1,573 retweets and 1,331 favorites so far.
