Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon is producing the Blind Boys of Alabama’s new record, I’ll Find a Way.

The Blind Boys of Alabama are over 70 years into their career and are not slowing down. The album is a collection of gospel songs and were recorded in Wisconsin in Vernon’s studio, which is the same studio Vernon recorded 2011’s Bon Iver according to Pitchfork.

Vernon will also be featured on the album Rolling Stone reports. Other vocal guests include Merrill Garbus of Tune-Yards, My Brightest Diamond’s Shara Worden, Casey Dienel of White Hinterland, Sam Amidon, and Patty Griffin.

The Blind Boys of Alabama formed in the late thirties and have recently found big success by wining five Grammys and performing at the White House in the past decade.

“It’s not just singing. We’re bringing the message to the people, and that message is the good news of God. We sing from the heart, and what comes from the heart reaches the heart. If you have any feeling in you, you will feel the Blind Boys,” Jimmy Carter who also sings on the album said.
