Oprah Winfrey has decided to take troubled actress Lindsay Lohan under her wing and not only feature a sit-down interview with her on OWN and air a reality series about her road to recovery, she will also act as her mentor.
Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan told E! News that it’s “fantastic” for her daughter to have Winfrey helping her revitalizing her career after rehab.
"Oh, it's fantastic. If anyone is going to help mentor you, it's going to be Oprah," said Dina. She will also likely be appearing on the reality series, too, saying "Possibly! It's about family…and I'm family.”
Dina addressed rumors that her daughter will be moving in with her once she completes the court-mandated rehab program, saying “Lindsay is 27, my kids all have their own places.”
"She's not going to move back home,” she said. “She’ll be getting an apartment in New York. She'll be in New York. It's great because [sister Ali] is in New York with Wilhelmina models. [Son] Michael is in New York. My other little guy [son Dakota] is 17 and he's still at home and going to St. Anthony's. The rest may come home to mom, but they don't want to live with me."
