U. S. District Judge John G. Koeltl dismissed three lawsuits against Kevin Clash because the men waited too long to sue him.

A fourth case is still pending in Pennsylvania court.

“For the reasons explained above, the defendant’s motion to dismiss is granted,” John G. Koeltl told Variety .

Cecil Singleton accused Clash of having sex with him when he was 15 years old.
Kevin Kiadii and an unnamed Florida resident also had their cases dismissed today. Kiadii claims that he met Clash in a gay chat room in 2004. He was 16 at the time.

"It should not be viewed as a vindication for Kevin Clash or a determination that he is innocent," attorney Adam D. Horowitz told the Associated Press .

Clash began his job in 1984. However, he quit his job last year amid the scandal so he could focus on his legal issues.
Sesame Street has not commented on the dismissal.
