Note to photographers: just because you tell Kanye West that you really love his work, doesn’t mean that you get to talk to him. West just arrived back in Los Angeles and did not want to see a cameraman or talk to any reporter.
In a video posted by TMZ, West is seen arriving at LAX with a TMZ cameraman waiting for him. The paparazzo tells West that he “loves him,” but West uses his hand to cover the camera and keeps telling him, “You don’t talk to me!”
“Don't talk ... don't talk to me,” West says. “I don't want to hear paparazzi talk to me or anybody I know ... and tell everybody never talk to anyone that anyone knows ... don't talk to themselves.”
Even though the cameraman insists that he’s just a reporter, the Yeezus rapper yells, “Don’t talk ever again!”
As West is walking away, the cameraman tries to get one last comment by asking if he will make Watch The Throne 2 with Jay-Z. West runs back to him with his hand in the air and the camera swings up to the ceiling. Then, the video ends.
West has a really rough history with the paparazzi. Back in May, he complained about them in a long rant during a show, a few days after flipping out on camera.
West’s most infamous incident with a paparazzo was back in 2008, when he was arrested for smashing a TMZ cameraman’s equipment. THose charges were later dropped.
Another member of the extended Kardashian family went after the paparazzi this week as well. Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian's husband, trashed a photographer’s equipment in the middle of a busy street.
West is dating Kim Kardashian and is the father of her first baby, North West.
