Kings of Leon released their new single “Supersoaker” on Wednesday.

The track is the first preview of their upcoming album Mechanical Bull, out Sept. 24 via RCA.

Produced by Angelo Petraglia, the song is filled with raspy vocals and blaring guitars.

The band said they were able to experiment more on Mechanical Bull this time around NME reports.

“I think the last one took the pressure off us . . . So going into this record it was like, ‘The monkey’s off our back, we don’t have that pressure of whether we’re going to be able to match what the last record did.’ We changed it up a big on this record,” Caleb Followill said.

Mechanical Bull follows Come Around Sundown released in 2010 and sold 729,000 copies Billboard reports. Their Grammy-winning breakout album Only By The Night sold 2.3 million copies and produced their hit “Use Somebody.”

“Supersoaker” is available on iTunes and Amazon.

The band is currently on tour in the U.K. They are scheduled to play the Rock for Oklahoma benefit on July 23 and will play the Global Citizen Festival on Sept. 28.
