Kyra Sedgwick had no problem staring down criminals when she starred on The Closer, but the tip of her finger was still no match for a knife. She accidentally sliced the tip of her finger while slicing kale and her husband Kevin Bacon tweeted about it.
On his WhoSay account, the Following actor posted two photos of his wife, showing her first in the hospital trying to stop the bleeding and another with a giant bandage on her finger.
“@kyrasedgwick in the ER. Kale isn't ALLWAYS HEALTHY... if you chop the end of your finger off,” Bacon wrote. For the second photo, he assured their fans that she is “fine.” He added, “All good. Still can't find the tip of that finger.”
Celebrities certainly enjoy showing their hand injuries. In May, Jesse James proudly showed off how he cut off his pinky finger and then turned down morphine. Hulk Hogan burned his hands and tweeted the disgusting pictures.
Sedgwick and Bacon have been married for 23 years and have two children, Travis, 22, and Sosie, 19.
