Miley Cyrus has warned Justin Bieber to step out of the spotlight after he's grabbed headlines for his troublemaking hijinks.
Cyrus said on MSN, "I told Justin to take a bit of time out and people aren't so obsessed with you and nit-pick (sic). When you're not around, all they want is your music. They want to see what the next thing is. But when your music is out they just want to talk s**t about you. When you're a worldwide star, everyone sees everything. Lots of people make a video and put it on Instagram, some people might think it's funny but because it's Justin Bieber, it's like really bad."
The singer has lately been in several controversies-- everything from urinating in a mop bucket on camera to attacking a paparazzi. His most recent trouble has been an accusation of spitting in a DJ's face.
The former Hannah Montana star shed her squeaky clean image through the years with her own scandalous headlines of using salvia and sexualizing her image. Yahoo reports that even though Cyrus has compassion for Bieber, she still doesn't agree with some of his past decisions.
