Pop punk band, New Found Glory have unveiled that their first live album, Kill It Live will be released October 8 off of Bridge Nine/Violently Happy Records.
According to a YouTube Statement by the band, the album will include a complete live set recorded at their March 27 and 28 shows in Anaheim, Calif. at the Chain Reaction. Kill It Live will also feature three new studio recorded tracks.
The three new tracks were mixed by Kyle Black and recorded by Paul Miner.
Track listings for the new album can be found on AltPress.com.
The live album was introduced by New Found Glory to clear up the rumors about the band going on a hiatus.
“What Jordan was trying to say is we won't have an entire new album of originals until 2014 without letting the cat out of the bag about our live album idea with some new songs for next year,” said the band in a statement in 2012 in response to the rumors.
New Found Glory’s last full-length studio album, Radiosurgery was released in 2011. Their EP, Mania, a compilation of Ramones covers, was released in 2013.
Pre-order information and cover art is expected to release soon.
