Rihanna has won the lawsuit she filed against UK retailer Topshop for selling a T-shirt with her face on it without her permission. A judge ruled that the shirt lessens the singer’s credibility in the fashion world.

Those who bought the shirt, which was first called Rihanna Tank and then changed to Headscarf Girl Tank and Icon Tank, are deceived into thinking she approved it, said High Court Justice Colin Birss.

The AP reports Justice Birss agreed that the shirt could threaten Rihanna’s reputation in the fashion world, where she’s just starting out with a clothing line at River Island.

As we previously reported, Topshop retaliated against the lawsuit, saying they bought the picture of Rihanna from a photographer and had the necessary copyright for it. They also said despite the Barbados-born singer claiming it was damaging her reputation, her camp still called the brand to ask for clothes for her to wear.

Justice Birss didn’t assess the damages during Wednesday’s hearing.
