The Sandlot is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, causing the cast of the popular basball film to meet up and play a game on the actual field in Salt Lake City, Utah where Sandlot was filmed.

1993's The Sandlot follows a group of friends who play baseball together during the summer of 1962. It brought us catch phrases such as "You're killing me, Smalls" and "For-ev-ver! For-ev-ver!" Twenty years later, the film is still a favorite.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, cast members have been touring baseball fields across the country to show the film. Organized by the film's director David Mickey Evans, the tour gives the actors as well as the movie's many fans the chance to reminisce about the timeless sports comedy.

Two of the main characters were not in attedance, reports the Huffington Post.
Mike Vitar (Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez) is busy spending his time fighting fires and Tom Guiry (Scotty Smalls) was also not able to make it to the reunion. Although Smalls couldn't be there, he commented on the reunion, saying, "I think what it does is it brings people back to a time in their lives that was fun and kind of innocent. They didn't have to worry about bills and work. It was a carefree time of everyone's life. It's fun
to watch people reminisce about it."

However, according to Yahoo!, several other cast favorites showed up, including Patrick Renna (Hamilton "Ham" Porter), Chauncey Leopardi (Michael "Squints" Palledorous), Marty York (Yeah-Yeah), Shane Obedzinski (Tommy "Repeat" Timmons) and Victor DiMattia (Timmy Timmons).

The Sandlot Tour, which began on the the official anniversary of the film's release, April 13, in Trenton, New Jersey, will wrap up in Lawrenceville, Georgia on September 21.

Patrick Renna and Chauncey Leopardi took to Twitter to express their excitement in this reunion game.
